We do not provide full hardware repair or operating system reinstall services.
Because cleanups involve time and tools, completed services are non-refundable.
Your privacy matters. During remote sessions:
- We do not access or save personal files unless required to complete the service (with your permission).
- No personal data is stored, shared, or sold.
- All sessions are handled with confidentiality
By booking with us, you agree to the following:
- Tech Clean Up Services provides tune-ups, virus/malware removal, and optimization only.
- We do not guarantee permanent protection against future infections.
- We do not provide hardware repair, data recovery, or advanced IT troubleshooting
Payment is due at the time of booking or before service begins.
- Services will not be performed until payment is received.
- All completed services are final.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment or fail to show up, you will be refunded your payment minus a $20 cancellation fee. This covers the time reserved for your session. If you cancel 24 hours or more in advance, you will receive a full refund or may reschedule at no cost.
While every precaution is taken, Tech Clean Up Services is not responsible for:
- Data loss
- Hardware failure
- Issues that occur after service is completed
We recommend all clients back up important files before their session.
